Mobile video surveillance

13. Mar 2024

Mobile video surveillance refers to a flexible surveillance system installed on moving platforms such as vehicles, robots or drones. These systems allow video data to be captured, transmitted and analyzed in real time from different locations. Mobile video surveillance is used in security areas where dynamic and temporary surveillance is required, such as event monitoring, border control or temporary construction sites. The use of robotics in mobile video surveillance helps to react flexibly to changing requirements and to ensure efficient surveillance in different environments. In the area of construction site surveillance, video towers are also typically used, which can be networked with drones, for example, as a rapid response tool.
