1 idea, 1 month, 5 events.<\/h3>\n

The Security Robotics Roadshow was a complete success and made the month of June a particularly exciting and varied one for our team. The approach of participating in very different locations \/ events and thus informing and even inspiring a very broad and heterogeneous audience about the digital networking<\/a> of autonomous robots + innovative sensor technology<\/a> + established security technology<\/a> + AI-supported software platforms<\/a> was a complete success.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We demonstrated various robots in a practical and up-close manner, lectured, informed and argued with both young students and experts. Above all, it was noticeable that fear of contact disappeared, curiosity continued to grow and more and more people were looking forward to coming into live contact with innovative technology. Depending on the event, this led to very professional or simply relaxed conversations, which showed us that robotics<\/span> has found its place in the middle of society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We started in Gotha, at the Robotic Youth Day<\/a><\/strong>, organised by the MINT Region Westth\u00fcringen and STIFT Erfurt. At the student research centre, we explained to the inquisitive students why and what we use autonomous robots for and gave them the opportunity to get to know Spot<\/a> and Go1<\/a>. There is a big difference between watching one of the walking robots<\/a> on YouTube and meeting them yourself. The well-organised event (05.06.)<\/strong> also gave us the opportunity to exchange ideas with educators and teachers who introduce children and young people to exciting future technologies every day. After all, what still arouses amazement today should and will be a natural part of the everyday and professional life of the next generation in a few years’ time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Week 2 took us far north to L\u00fcbeck, where we had the pleasure of being guests with Spot<\/span> at the Martens and Prahl marketplace<\/a><\/strong> (15.06.)<\/strong>. The contrast could not have been greater: instead of dozens of children, more than a thousand “business people”, instead of a factory hall, a chic congress centre and instead of curious children’s questions, discussions about ethics, insurance, liability issues. The perfect setting was also matched by the sunny weather, which allowed us to roam inside and outside the premises and gave the 4-legged friend the opportunity to impressively demonstrate his agility on steps, stairs, narrow passages and in the midst of many groups of people. L\u00fcbeck itself showed itself to be a cosmopolitan city and the great interest that AI and robotics<\/span> will naturally also become increasingly important in the insurance industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In the third week of June, Muchtar<\/em> and Rex<\/em>, two of our Spot<\/span> robots, gave live presentations and supported our lectures with “hands-on technology”. In Cologne, at the VdS Security Conference<\/a><\/strong> (21.06.)<\/strong>, we provided information on the topic of “Robots in security services, using the example of the all-rounder Spot<\/span>”, and naturally hit the nerve of the experts on site. When it comes to increasing the quality of security services, sustainability and cost efficiency, robotic system solutions are now almost without alternative. This is all the more true when it comes to damage prevention, such as preventive theft protection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Two days later (23 June)<\/strong>, the Long Night of Science<\/a><\/strong> took place in Leipzig, an event that has a strong focus on the Science Park, attracted hundreds of visitors like every year and was organised by the Berufsakademie Sachsen \/ Studienakademie Leipzig. Fittingly, it was our BA student who enlightened the mostly peers about “The digital transformation of the watchdog.” and had the appropriate robotic variant with him in the form of an effective spot<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The highlight of the month was clearly the Security Robotics Innovation Days<\/a><\/strong>. Scheduled as a 3-day specialist event (27-29 June)<\/strong>, this time the focus was less on individual models, but rather on the interaction of various actuators<\/a>, robotic models, stationary technology, solutions in perimeter<\/a> protection, interface, network and software topics, including the practical use of our ACUDA platform and the NUCRON IoT injector. Our systems acted confidently both completely autonomously, as triggered reaction means or manually controlled support systems.<\/p>\n

They were particularly impressed by the outstanding integration<\/a> capability of the presented robot portfolio with our systems, the possibility of seamlessly integrating this technology into existing safety infrastructures and the resulting automation solutions.<\/p>\n

For all those who were unfortunately unable to attend, we will soon be reviewing the Innovation Days in more detail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The roadshow was equally well received everywhere. Whether it was pure fascination, technical enthusiasm, professional interest or project-related questions, we always found ourselves in intensive discussions.<\/p>\n

And in 2024<\/strong>? Hopefully there will be a new roadshow, perhaps also in your area. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n

1 Idee, 1 Monat, 5 Events.<\/h3>\n

Die Security Robotics Roadshow war ein voller Erfolg und machte den Monat Juni zu einem besonders aufregenden und abwechslungsreichen f\u00fcr unser Team. Praxisorientiert und hautnah f\u00fchrten wir diverse Roboter vor, dozierten, informierten, argumentierten und dies sowohl mit jungen Sch\u00fclern als auch Fachexperten. Man sp\u00fcrte vor allem, dass Ber\u00fchrungs\u00e4ngste schwanden, die Neugier weiter wuchs und immer mehr Menschen sich darauf freuten, live in Ber\u00fchrung mit innovativer Technik zu kommen. Wir starteten in Gotha, auf dem Robotic Youth Day<\/a><\/strong>, veranstaltet von der MINT Region Westth\u00fcringen und STIFT Erfurt. Am Sch\u00fclerforschungszentrum erkl\u00e4rten wir den wissbegierigen Sch\u00fclern, warum und wof\u00fcr wir autonome Roboter benutzen und gaben Ihnen die Gelegenheit Spot und Go1 kennenzulernen. Es ist eben ein gro\u00dfer Unterschied, ob man einem der Laufroboter bei Youtube zuschaut oder diesen selbst begegnet. Die bestens organisierte Veranstaltung (05.06.)<\/strong> bot uns zudem die M\u00f6glichkeit in Austausch mit P\u00e4dagogen und Lehrkr\u00e4ften zu treten, welche jeden Tag Kinder und Jugendliche an spannende Zukunftstechnologien heranf\u00fchren. Woche 2 f\u00fchrte uns weit in den Norden nach L\u00fcbeck, wo wir mit Spot Gast auf dem Martens und Prahl Marktplatz<\/a><\/strong> (15.06.)<\/strong> sein durften. St\u00e4rker h\u00e4tte der Kontrast nicht sein k\u00f6nnen, statt dutzender Kinder, mehr als tausend \u201eBusinesspeople\u201c, statt Werkshalle ein schickes Kongresszentrum und statt neugierigen Kinderfragen Gespr\u00e4che \u00fcber Ethik, Versicherungen, Haftungsfragen. Zu dem perfekten Rahmen passte auch das sonnige Wetter, was uns Streifz\u00fcge innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb der R\u00e4umlichkeiten erm\u00f6glichte und dem 4-Beiner die Gelegenheit gab seine Agilit\u00e4t an Stufen, Treppen, engen Durchlassen und inmitten vieler Menschengruppen eindrucksvoll zu demonstrieren. Die dritte Juniwoche waren es erneut Muchtar<\/i> und Rex<\/i>, 2 unserer Spot-Roboter, welche Live-Pr\u00e4sentation erm\u00f6glichten und unsere Vortr\u00e4ge durch \u201eTechnik zum Anfassen\u201c unterst\u00fctzten. In K\u00f6ln, auf der VdS Sicherheitsfachtagung<\/a><\/strong> (21.06.)<\/strong> informierten wir zum Thema \u201eRoboter im Sicherheitsdienst am Beispiel des Allrounders Spot.\u201c und trafen damit nat\u00fcrlich genau den Nerv der Fachleute vor Ort. Wenn es um die Steigerung der Qualit\u00e4t von Sicherheitsleistungen geht, um Nachhaltigkeit und Kosteneffizienz sind robotische Systeml\u00f6sungen mittlerweile fast alternativlos. 2 Tage (23.06.)<\/strong> sp\u00e4ter fand in Leipzig die Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften<\/a><\/strong> statt, ein Event, welches einen starken Fokus im Wissenschaftspark hat, wie jedes Jahr hunderte Besucher anzog und von der Berufsakademie Sachsen \/ Studienakademie Leipzig veranstaltet wurde. Den H\u00f6hepunkt des Monats stellten klar die Security Robotics Innovation Days<\/a> <\/strong>dar. Angesetzt als 3-t\u00e4tiges Fachevent (27.-29.06.)<\/strong> ging es diesmal weniger um einzelne Modelle, sondern das Zusammenspiel von diversen Aktoren, robotischen Modellen, station\u00e4rer Technik, L\u00f6sungen im Perimeterschutz, Schnittstellen-, Netzwerk- und Softwarethematiken incl. des praktischen Einsatz unserer ACUDA Plattform und des NUCRON IoT Injektors. Unsere Systeme agierten dabei souver\u00e4n sowohl komplett autonom, als getriggertes Reaktionsmittel oder manuell gesteuerte Unterst\u00fctzungssysteme.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Besonders beeindruckt zeigte man sich von der herausragenden Integrationsf\u00e4higkeit des pr\u00e4sentierten Roboterportfolios mit unseren Systemen, der M\u00f6glichkeit diese Technologie nahtlos in bestehende Sicherheitsinfrastrukturen einzubinden und den sich daraus ergebenden Automatisierungsl\u00f6sungen. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
