Again and again we speak of integrative security solutions, of networking<\/a>, of the interaction of the most diverse security components. But what does this mean? What forms the basis for such an exchange to take place, for many things to become one big whole, which is more than the sum of its parts?<\/p>\n

If a layman thinks of a monitored object, e.g. a logistics company, fences, guarded gates and installed cameras come to mind. As a security expert, you also know that the perimeter<\/a> is protected by far more sensors, some of which are not visible, and that access control systems<\/a> operate at neuralgic points. Consultants for robotic solutions will add that, in addition to fixed components and guards, various robotic elements will be in use, whether as patrol robots<\/a>, alarm-verifying drones<\/a> or reception services.<\/p>\n

However, no matter how great the knowledge of the various components of a modern security solution is, often only the hardware is considered and what is necessary to use it harmoniously is forgotten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We develops open-system modular platform solutions<\/h3>\n

If we take a closer look at the basis of integrated security concepts, it becomes clear that we are not dealing with a single piece of software, but with a platform solution that forms its stable core. Like the often quoted pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, individual modules interlock and several programmes work closely together. Designed from the outset for modular operation, this approach guarantees us maximum scalability, i.e. no matter how high the load and how many resources are required, the system does not reach its limits and can thus support selective, small and very large projects alike. Depending on the requirements, n+ modules are used.<\/p>\n

For example, we enable the normalisation of alarm formats, which collects the information from different activators, “translates” it, compares it, standardises it and passes it on as a single signal. Modules can display and interpret the status of all integrated IoT devices such as cameras, fence sensors, motion detectors, access sensors, security robots, etc., read out data streams and much more.<\/p>\n

In close cooperation with renowned security service providers such as the Dussmann Group<\/a><\/strong> and the Ciborius Group<\/a><\/strong>, we also integrate systems into their certified control centres<\/a>. In principle, we can work with any existing emergency call and service control centre (NSL) and couple our own platform modules with common control centre software such as \u00a0<\/span>LISA from Dr. Pfau.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Security Robotics networked the security systems of the future<\/h3>\n

We use our highly flexible software platform<\/a> for all robot models in the portfolio<\/strong><\/a> during customer deployment as RaaS<\/a><\/strong> (Robot as a Service<\/a>) and SaaS<\/strong> (Software as a Service<\/a>) to enable continuous content updates and quality upgrades.<\/p>\n

For further development, we focus strongly on the – from the customer’s point of view particularly important – cost-effective and problem-free integration<\/a> into existing security concepts. We are not trying to replace existing components or to replace them with robotic systems, but to increase the performance and possibilities of the security solution.<\/p>\n

On our in-house test site, extended software features can be tested in detail in beta condition on a multitude of hardware variants, interfaces and application scenarios<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At this point we would like to explicitly point out that system openness and both the integration<\/span> of other activators, such as other robot models, cameras, etc., as well as networking<\/span> with additional control centre<\/a> software, etc. is not only possible, but is seen by us as decisive for the future-proof design of an integrative platform solution.<\/p>\n
